The app is kinda easy when u look 1st cause I was sending my son 50$ for phone time I put it on inmate talk & it was only for him to call me not who ever...Then another time I was putting 50$ but this time I found out to put it on gift the inmate then he could spend it the way he wanted to.. the 1st.50$ said it didn't go through I forgot to check the box at the end so I did another 50$ transaction & checked the box but both went through so watch out it u forget to check that box...
Everything that they have installed in grandfolks County ND is pour garbage, it's ridiculous there new installed system. And I'm not the only one being writing about there new system. Mark my word it's not gone be fix until a millionaire son or daughter is in there.

The video visit wouldn't work you pay almost 9 bucks for a processing fee and can't even use it for what I put money on here for
